Terms of Service

Effective date: August 10, 2026

By creating an account or using Water Calendar (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Provide accurate information. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the App.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Post or send content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, hateful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Harass, bully, impersonate, or abuse other users.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data, or disrupt the service.
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

3. User-generated content and zero-tolerance policy

The App lets users post messages and other content. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. By using the App you agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the content you post.
  • Objectionable content and abusive behavior are prohibited.
  • We (and group administrators) may remove content and mute, remove, or ban users who violate these Terms, at any time and without notice.
  • You can report objectionable content (long-press a message → Report) and block abusive users (long-press a message → Block, or Account → Blocked users). Reports are reviewed and acted on, and we aim to remove flagged content and take action against offending users within 24 hours.

4. Moderation

Group administrators can review reported messages and mute or remove members. A built-in system administrator can assist with account recovery. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (Account → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Water Calendar helps coordinate a schedule but is not responsible for real-world water usage or disputes between members.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
